This commercial development project was completed for a team of commercial real estate investors. Woodard Group constructed these three one-story retail buildings on what used to be open farmland in Suffolk, VA. The buildings are currently home to LWSS Family Dentistry, Riverbend Church, and Kids Kingdom Child Development Center. The eventual development of residential neighborhoods around these three buildings necessitated the construction of a pump station, gravity sewer, and force main in the woods about a mile away. Woodard Group also completed that project.
