Project Background

This single-story brick and glass building has dual towers — an architectural feature that distinguishes the two tenant spaces from one another. In the heart of the Greenbrier area, this building is the home of Dermacare and the Physical Therapy Center of Chesapeake.

Office Flex Building

Project Background

This one-story office complex has warehouse and storage capabilities, and it can house at least 8 storefronts. Woodard Group also created the retention pond to manage stormwater and enhance the aesthetic of the area in front of the complex. Project Background

This three-story medical center in the Chesapeake Greenbrier area is an excellent example of Woodard Group’s ground-up construction capabilities. The architectural design of the tiered brick façade, as well as the ribbon windows around the front and sides of the building, create a beautiful exterior. This building is currently home to Weis Pediatric Dental, Goodove Oral Surgery, and Keller Williams’ Coastal Office.

Chesapeake Medical Office

Project Background

Constructed by Woodard Group for CHKD in 1997, this building’s modern entrance and brick exterior remain eye-catching—even 24 years after it was built! This building sold for $8.4 million in 2020 and is now home to Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists.

Project Background

This building, located centrally in the commercial and retail hub of Greenbrier, is easily recognized by its curved façade. This building is home to commercial and medical suites, and both have been dramatically upgraded by Woodard Group renovations. The Bon Secours medical space on the first floor, in particular, features beautiful custom millwork fabricated and installed by Woodard Group.

Hilltop Marketplace

Project Overview

Location: 561 First Colonial Rd. | Virginia Beach, VA
Architect: Coastal Design Group

Project Background

This location, previously an Applebees restaurant, was recently purchased by a local developer. Woodard Group oversaw the complete demolition of the existing structure and subsequent ground-up construction of the new building which is now home to four tenants: Starbucks, Aspen Dental, Jersey Mike’s, and Sports Clips.
