Our experienced project management team is well-equipped to help you stay connected to your ongoing project. We will ensure that you are a valuable part of the collaboration and construction processes, helping you understand your project’s scope, timeline, and progress. Our project managers serve as your link to all on-site work and will remain committed to your interests throughout the duration of the project.
With decades of combined experience in commercial construction, our field superintendents are a vital part of our success as general contractors. Like our project managers, they also represent your interests and investments on-site as they strive to keep projects on-schedule and on-budget. Their primary duty is to coordinate the efforts of our sub-contractors and craftsman, ensuring that all work is done in a safe, professional manner.
Reporting and Cost Control
All construction projects, large or small, represent significant financial investments. It is our duty as a general contractor to help guard your investment and help keep you aware of unforeseen costs, unavoidable delays, or other changes to your project’s timeline or budget. Not all problems require significant cost to overcome, and we will do our best to help mitigate the impact of such occurrences through exhaustive and innovative solutions.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
The final closeout stage of any project is crucial. As the project concludes, the craftsmanship and skill of all trades can be seen and appreciated. This process also includes exhaustive quality control, including punch-list walk throughs, final cleaning, and client sign-off. All of our clients, large and small, are given opportunity to review and critique all work to ensure final satisfaction with all aspects of the final product. All of our work, including material, is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of final completion.
